Rights to social welfare
Social welfare minimizes poverty within the community. Therefore, social protection is a designed program that ensures quality care for society. The social welfare rights are there to ensure people are aware of state welfare benefits entitled to them. There is provision for rights to education, to work, and to rest in vacation in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948 that had fundamental welfare rights (Tushnet, 2003). Besides, there was provision for reasons to a decent standard living provided for the satisfactory health and well-being of an individual, which boosts the overall economy of the community.
Under the human rights and social justice I focused on the social work and social justice since it ensures equal opportunity to all, contribution in decision making and the acquisition of necessities required by people to grow as a member of the society. Social work, through the human rights profession, tries to criticize the prejudice and violence in the community by responding to the undue and wobbly political and economic virtues. Besides, it sanctions unjust society by ensuring all members share the same rights for mutual benefits of resources while having opportunities that attribute related effort to the community (Thompson, 2002). This way, social justice is taken as an ethical responsibility to promote equality and membership commitment of the burdened once in society. A social change based on education, unemployment, and well-being articulated through charity work and togetherness, promotes universal kindliness to social justice hence cheering cultural embracement and inherent diversity respect within the society.
The social work and social justice principles apply mostly to our growing children in our society. This makes our children have an equal opportunity while growing in the nation, give them flat grown for their decision making and acquire necessary channels that will make the young voice amongst the children bureaucracy noise is heard by the community (Brayne, & Carr, 2010). Children’s consideration gives parents overwhelm, but social work implies kind words that turn strange behavior into a joyful society.
