Here, it is desirable to point out that if a student notices that his or her grades are not sufficient enough for them to graduate, cheating in the final papers or plagiarizing research completed by the other experts and scholars is the one key option that they cannot miss. Overall, from the article, it is unequivocal to note that failure, risk, and failure stand out as the fundamental factors that fore students to cheat, plagiarize works, and engage in all manner of academic dishonesty in the interest of getting decent grades.

The statement “But the only failure is the failure to rescue something” directly applies to my current situation due to the fact that I am always apprehensive about failure. This explains why I am still quick to read before attending a lecture, ask questions in the areas that I am in doubt, and consulting my colleagues in the situations where I feel that I cannot adequately help myself. In all these engagements, failure is the one thing that I am trying to avoid from time to time. Fearing the failure itself be it in the academic perspective or other spheres. I believe that the only stance where failure can dominate is if I fail to take the necessary steps to ensure that an adverse event that does not manifest or happen (Gawande). I am often eager to find solutions to any problem that confronts me, whether at work, school, or interacting with friends. In this context, I opine that the manifestation of failure only happens in the event that the concerned party does not rescue the particular aspect that happens to impact them negatively. Therefore, it is indicative, to sum up, that although I have never thought of the statement that suggests that the only failure that exists in the universe is the one that results from the one’s inability to rescue and adjust difficult situations.
Question Three
Indeed, taking a risk with my personal values and ethics is something that can be rescued due to the fact that the two aspects create valuable normative positions that guide me through the particular situations where I would like to take a risk. In this context, personal values would prevent me from to go beyond what I would want for myself and the others. In view of the stance that ethics instil morality perspectives what is right or wrong, I would still be confident to take a risk with ethic in mind. I am sure that applying my values and ethics in the process of making a risk is one vital consideration to engage in day to day experiences.
