Leadership provide an essential environment where leaders can be able to integrate critical strategies that are critical in improving organizational performance as well as the existing interaction within a given workplace setting. Organization and planning are important elements, which shape leadership, and thus the underlying level of commitment within a given setting is based on the ability to develop an integrated approach where it is possible to achieve a higher level of performance (Taylor et al., 2015). Leadership has been significantly diversified, especially considering the existing transformation within management.

Men have predominantly occupied leadership positions. However, in recent past, women have increasingly taken up leadership positions and excelled. The success of women in leadership has opened platforms for women who are aspiring to become leaders. Increased support and empowerment to women have been integral in helping create a diverse operational context within an organizational context. Leadership is largely complex and is associated with a high level of commitment, stress and critical decision making. Women were previously viewed as being weak and unable to deal with stressful situations or handle the pressure. The recent success has shown that women are capable of coping with overcoming adversities in leadership to create a more efficient platform (Devillard et al., 2014).

Management levels in for-profit and not for profit organizations varies, although the leadership approaches that are considered are the same. The main difference in these two types of organizations is the level of focus and the ability to help improve performance. Every organization has its won goals that need to be achieved within a given context. However, for-profit organizations are mainly performance-based since it is through attaining improved outcome management. Building a strong platform within the management level provides a focus on the existing operational level (Moreno-Gómez et al., 2018).

Leadership is essential in management, although it should be based on the ability to maintain a specific platform for successful management of organization operations. The work of a leader is to create more leaders through a more interactive process within an organizational context. These principles have been effectively integrated with the current government agencies, which majorly focus on empowering employees (Moreno-Gómez, Lafuente, & Vaillant, 2018). Therefore the level of management and the ability to understand the underlying organizational tenets present a more specific approach through which better decisions can be undertaken to promote successful development. Diversity in the workplace provides varying level of engagement where it is possible to achieve an increased level of organizational success. The two distinct leadership theories that are outlined in this case include transformational and transactional leadership theories (Hunt, Layton & Prince, 2015).  These theories are distinct, although they focus on achieving a common target, which is increased organizational success. The leadership approach that was considered by male and female leaders within the organization varies based on their level of integration, where it is possible to put in place positive organizational measures.

The integration of different leadership approaches present a more organized emphasis on important changes that can help improve the level of performance. Transactional and transformation leadership present a strong focus on organizational leadership and management (Strukan, Nikolić & Sefić, 2017).  Transformational leadership is based on the ability to inspire and influence change within an organizational context. Being ready to transform is an important aspect to consider, and thus, it is important to achieve well-integrated business development. Working together with juniors in order to identify changes processes is essential, considering the fact that junior employees accomplish all the change processes within an organizational context.

Transactional leadership entails motivating employees through the incorporation of rewards and punishment for failure to attain the developed goals.
