Royal Constructors will conduct its operation from the offices where a client is expected to visit the organization to seek for the services. The client will present the details of the house that needs to be constructed. The company architecture then draws the house structure and forwards it to the surveyor that is responsible for quantifying, giving the cost of construction. The client is then provided with the required expenses and period of implementation. Royal Constructors will source the Zendesk software system that handles customer complaints and management. The cost of using the software is $49 per month. The system is appropriate for the company because it establishes the communication between the company and the customers through email, chats, phone calls, social media, and other channels.
The software will help the organization to understand its customer needs and improve the service experience. The company will handle complaints by reviewing the responses and suggestions provided in the software and engage the team to address the challenges to ensure the best services are offered. The Chief Executive Officer (owner) of the organization is the overall management position of the construction company with only one position. Since the organization is in its initial stages, then the next person in the chain is the project manager that controls all other teams in the construction site. Engineers and architectures, as from the chart above, takes the third position in the chain though they are in different departments but contribute to designing a quality building structure. The junior team includes estimator, crew, and superintendent that are described as the project team. The project team is responsible for interpreting and implementing the design made by engineers and architects. I will train the employees on the importance of quality service and what it means to business success and later reasonable compensation. The training will involve working with passion and perform delegated duties accordingly to get a quality outcome. Teamwork will also be a factor of discussion in the training where the employee should have a common company goal in all the operations to ensure that the company’s reputation is developed based on the quality service delivered. The quality service offered to a single client develops an impression on the client and also his/her friends making them seek the company services.

The Chief Executive Officer will take the responsibility of filing the annual tax returns because the operations will be minimal in its first year. It is also evident that the company might not seek the services of legal professionals, especially on matters of decision making, since the company operates as a sole proprietor, and a single person will make decisions.
