Service Delivery Plan and Human Resources Plan

Service delivery

Service delivery is a vital process that needs well-organized resources. Therefore, creating a plan is useful to ensure that the service is delivered within a short period, and customers experience the best services. Thus, to ensure that the community service design by Methodist Hospital is located in San Antonio. Financial, human resources, and material would be mobilized. However, to ensure successful program delivery, there are four critical clinical points includes conduct situational assessment, identify population interests, identify the possible strategies and develop indicators. Situational assessment is crucial for service delivery because it highlights best practices to use by health practitioners. Here, the needed data would be collected from the current research been conducted by researchers in the area. This will help to identify the population interest. The population is a significant factor in any community service. Additionally, it helps in identifying the existing groups that need attention to achieved service goals. Also help in identifying the new desired change which the program will bring (Handberg et al., 2019).

Furthermore, identifying strategies that could see the community service deliver successful and feasible with the available resources. Identifying specific activities among the population will be very crucial in applying operations to start and develop objectives. For each outcome, the indicator would be determined to check if the intended results have been achieved. Indicators will measure the resources, and process the objective and perform the quality check. This service delivery methodology will ensure that resources are uses prudently, and the aim of the community service is achieved.

Human resources

Like any organization or business, the management of human resources is significant for its success. Therefore, it will be a significant factor in achieving community service goals and overcoming bottlenecks. Consequently, Medical practitioners and experts in healthcare professionals will be present to interact with the community members and disseminate healthcare information to improve the wellness of the community members. It is a process improvement in how the community members perceive healthcare issues and ensure that there is positive interaction with healthcare professionals. In this health promotion, Methodist Hospital would develop a program that highlights the individual responsibility of every practitioner. First, the practitioner would develop different, group and community strategies to be used during the health promotion. These strategies designed will be used to influence population health behaviours as well as the working and living conditions.  As mentioned in the above analysis, the collected information will be used to identify the number of practitioners to facilitate the campaign (Mathu‐Muju et al., 2018).

However, though the exact number of the practitioner to attend the community service delivery, has been effectively identified. The structures include medical offers, nurses, physicians, and public health officers. The structure would be determined based on education and experiences. Further para-professional would be influenced in the selection to ensure that all individuals in the community will be attended to the needs. To managed resources well, the medical facility will for a partner to support the project in terms of financial or even adding more practitioners to reduce the cost of hiring new ones in cases, the needed coverage cannot be achieved with the present number. Medical offers would lead the groups to evaluate, coordinated and help other practitioners to provide the required health education (Wilson, Naidoo, & Daykin, 2019).
