The most essential concept learned from this course is the shared leadership theory. This style of leadership involves people from one team leading each other. In this concept, leadership lies in the power of the organization. The power and importance of teamwork have been forcefully brought out in this concept. Considering I was ignorant about the effects that teamwork has in an organization.
The second most important concept is the theory of complexity leadership. In this leadership, the hardships in the market business are identified and studied adequately. The idea has helped to be ready for all sorts of business competitors in the future, and knowledge of how to get along with competition.
The third concept is transformational leadership. This type of leadership is evident where the leaders work together with the subordinates to identify problems as well as creating a vision and mission to dry the organization.
