SMART GOAL
I decide to walk 45minutes four times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday by 29/01/2020. I have also agreed to diverse my meals and eat more fruits and vegetables, apparently, and drink a lot of water during the day.

I managed to walk for a kilometer for shopping after the evening class and came back by 7 pm. As a goal, I came along with a litter of water from the supermarket, which I would manage to finish before arriving back at the house for supper. Though it was late in the darkness, I still managed to walk for 45minutes total workout of the day.

I was a bit lucky today, and the classes ended early by 3 pm. I had a relatively good time with friends as we walked along to get some fruits from the groceries. I bought fruits of choice bearing in mind I was supposed to do away with a significant amount of calories, thus avoiding fatty ones. Having spent most of my time sitting in class, I decided to accompany one of my friends who stays in a far apartment to their house about 6miles, and I came back to my house. On Friday, I noticed I had a single class during the day just before lunchtime. Bearing this in mind, I called a friend after lunch to go for a bicycle ride. I carried along with me some water to drink as I strained to cycle up the hills. I burned a significant amount of calories over 600. It was tiresome, but I managed to ride for 3km to and fro for over 50minutes. I got some healthy vegetables and juicy fruits to refresh myself at the end of the day. I achieved my daily goal workout of 45minutes.

This week I planned to reschedule my activities to fix more time for my exercise. Tuesday is always a busy day due to a lot of last weeks’ works and assignments, which are to be submitted at the beginning of the week. Till 8 pm I was still in school compound working on schoolwork issues at the department. I walked to the house very tired, and bearing in mind I would be able to cook due to the tiresome day, I bought fried fish and mashed potatoes, which is a favorite meal hoping the next day will be a favorable day to achieve my workouts.

Having not achieved my workout goal yesterday, I woke up early today and did my 45minutes workout. I joined a basketball team in their body fitness exercises but was too turf for my body to cope. So I had to pace myself since my chest was too painful and heartbeat too hard to secure myself.
Date 30/12/2019
This Thursday, lucky enough, was a holiday. I did not take advantage of it to go out and hang with friends, but I had to go for an effective workout. I walked to a neighbor’s fish farm and accompanied them until lunchtime fishing. I successively managed to attain the work out of the day by lunch.
Date 31/12/2019
On the final day of the week’s workout, I had to ensure I compensated for the weekend and recovered any time lost during the week. I did my cardio workout for 35minutes in the morning, and I couldn’t manage 45minutes because it’s not my habit to work out in the morning. At 5 pm, I finished all the scheduled activities and managed to walk a 7mile distance for a church meeting. I completed two 35minutes and 50minutes workouts.
