I decide to walk 45minutes four times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday by 29/01/2020. I have also agreed to diverse my meals and eat more fruits and vegetables, apparently, and drink a lot of water during the day.

Date 21/12/2019

Today is my first day scheduled for a workout, and it was a busy day. Being a Tuesday and the beginning of the week, a lot had to be done in terms of studies. I came out of school very late and tired to go for a walk. I hope tomorrow will be a better day to accomplish my workout though the planned nutrition I’ve implemented as I bought some fruits today.

Date 22/12/2019

I managed to walk for a kilometer for shopping after the evening class and came back by 7 pm. As a goal, I came along with a litter of water from the supermarket, which I would manage to finish before arriving back at the house for supper. Though it was late in the darkness, I still managed to walk for 45minutes total workout of the day.

I was a bit lucky today, and the classes ended early by 3 pm. I had a relatively good time with friends as we walked along to get some fruits from the groceries. I bought fruits of choice, bearing in mind I was supposed to do away with a significant amount of calories, thus avoiding fatty ones. Having spent most of my time sitting in class, I decided to accompany one of my friends who stays in a far apartment to their house at about 6miles, and I came back to my house. I had to commit at least to spend 45minutes of exercise for my week’s goal.

Date 24/12/2019

On Friday, I noticed I had a single class during the day just before lunchtime. Bearing this in mind, I called a friend after lunch to go for a bicycle ride. I carried along with me some water to drink as I strained to cycle up the hills. I burned a significant amount of calories over 600. It was tiresome, but I managed to ride for 3km to and fro for over 50minutes. I got some healthy vegetables and juicy fruits to refresh myself at the end of the day. I achieved my daily goal workout of 45minutes.

This week I planned to reschedule my activities to fix more time for my exercise. Tuesday is always a busy day due to a lot of last weeks’ works and assignments, which are to be submitted at the beginning of the week. Till 8 pm, I was still in school compound working on schoolwork issues at the department. I walked to the house very tired, and bearing in mind I would be able to cook due to the tiresome day, I bought fried fish and mashed potatoes, which is a favorite meal hoping the next day will be a favorable day to achieve my workouts.

 

Date 29/12/2019

Having not achieved my workout goal yesterday, I woke up early today and did my 45minutes workout. I joined a basketball team in their body fitness exercises but was too turf for my body to cope. So I had to pace myself since my chest was too painful and heartbeat too hard to secure myself.

 

Date 30/12/2019

This Thursday, lucky enough, was a holiday. I did not take advantage of it to go out and hang with friends, but I had to go for an effective workout. I walked to a neighbor’s fish farm and accompanied them until lunchtime fishing. I successively managed to attain the work out of the day by lunch.

Date 31/12/2019

On the final day of the week’s workout, I had to ensure I compensated for the weekend and recovered any time lost during the week. I did my cardio workout for 35minutes in the morning, and I couldn’t manage 45minutes because it’s not my habit to work out in the morning. At 5 pm, I finished all the scheduled activities and managed to walk a 7mile distance for a church meeting. I completed two 35minutes and 50minutes workouts.

Date 04/01/2020

A new year was here, and a lot of celebrations had wasted my workout time, lots of meals never gave me the best choice to exercise my days. This week, I make an agreement and decide to increase my workout time from 45minutes to 60minutes.

I look forward to accomplishing my daily goal, knowing that I had a lot else to tackle and increased workout time. This Tuesday, I took a friend for a short walk to a botanic garden to get some fruits and fresh vegetables and came home to exercise my cardio workout for 50minutes.

It was a relatively good day today as I woke up having nothing important to handle, and I was able to maximize my workout. I walked to the village football playground, and luckily I was included in the team. I played for 45minutes, and I could not play after the halftime since I was exhausted. I burned over 1000calories and happily walked home, having attained the day’s goal.

Having found a playground, I felt kind of sorted, bearing in mind the team could include me. Yesterday I noticed I was not so weak in football and got courage. Today I was busy a bit on the farm harvesting carrots but in the evening I could not miss the football though tired. I completed about three 60minutes workouts today.

 

 

Date 07/01/2020

It is on Friday, and I always want the weekends to go uninterrupted. Friends would come around to ask about where to spend the weekend. Though it was challenging, the day regularly went uninterrupted till noon, as I felt tired due to yesterday’s game. Friends got me by 4 pm and abruptly decided to go and play videogames in a friend’s place. Total day’s workout was 50minutes walk to friend’s home and back. I’m challenged that next week I should input better strategies on time allocation to accomplish my goal.

 

Date 10/01/2020

Due to what gets me on Fridays, I’ve decided to revise my workout schedule and include Mondays also. Though it seemed a busy day because everything has to be rearranged again for the new week. I still decided to upgrade my workout time to 70minutes each day for this week. Fishing was never a favorite choice for me, but today I did it for an hour. I did only 60minutes workout today, but I hope to do better tomorrow.

Date 11/01/2020

Today was my first day to accomplish a 70minute workout. I woke up today, and I revised my nutrition plan and went out to acquire the decided commodities for lunch. I walked 7miles allegedly with a purpose to acquire the decided ingredients for lunch, as well as some fruits. And then back home, though tired but having accomplished a 70minute workout.

Having spent some days without visiting the playground, I had a craving for football. So today, I had to avail myself of the team. I played for 60minutes, and I felt a significant improvement though it was extremely tiresome. I walked back home, having completed a total workout of 80minutes. I think I have started implementing my new plans.

Date 13/01/2020

Today I woke up tired and muscles very sore. Yesterday’s game drained me a lot, but still, I needed to do something constructive. I decided to stick to the planned nutrition; at least I could manage my feelings and reduce laziness. But still, I could not exercise today because my lower body was exhausted. Tomorrow is looking forward to accomplishing my workout goal.

Date 14/01/2020

Though on Fridays, it has been a challenge to meet my goal on the workout, I had a new strategy to overcome the problem. I woke this morning, bearing in mind on Thursday I didn’t work out any exercise, I decided that the cattle were upon me. I went up and down running after the cattle, but still, my body had some soreness and being a while since I did it. I was able to get away with over 900 calories.

 

Date 17/01/2020

This week was my goal week to do 90minutes workout for the first three days of the week. The summer body that is struggling needs to follow the new nutrition strictly. I just went for a walk to search for a swimming pool, about 6miles far. I luckily found a newly placed fitness center, and I did some push-ups for my upper body before swimming.

Date 18/01/2020

My workout today can be termed crazy; I woke up and walked over 7miles and came back just before beginning my daily chores. I think I should reschedule my workout time as it seems more efficient in the morning than afternoon hours. I spent my day active due to the morning’s exercise.

Date 19/01/2020

Wednesday being my final day of 90minutes workout this week, I could not manage to wake up early as I had planned to. I knew evening walk wouldn’t be efficient, and natural laziness caught me, and I was able to go for a walk. I think I need to construct a better schedule for my workouts to be successfully attained. This being my last entry in the journal, I noticed I not where I am supposed to be, but I take it as a challenge that I should overcome.
