The Spanish teacher should show professional integrity by meeting their professional responsibilities consistent with the institute’s professional values .They use reasonable professional judgment when discharging differing responsibilities and duties to learners, friends, institution and the wider profession ( Umpstead et al 2016). During their profession they are required to uphold the reputation of the profession by never unjustly or knowingly destroying the professional reputation of another or furthering their own position unfairly at the expense of another. To achieve this they comply with quality procedures, obligations and reasonable assessment .They have to show the standing and reputation of the institute .Respecting the rights of learners and their colleagues according to relevant legislation and organization requirements. Any teacher should behave in a manner which respects diversity with no discrimination in terms of gender learning and or disability (Umpstead et al 2016).
The Spanish teacher should have responsibility at time of institute investigations by using his or her best endeavors to assist during any investigation without seeking to dissuade or discourage a person from bringing a complaint against members, or compromise due process. Show responsibility to the institute the members shall at all times act in accordance with the institute’s conditions of membership which will be subject to change from time to time (Umpstead et al 2016). Reasonable care should be seen the teacher shall take reasonable care to ascertain the safety and welfare of students and comply with relevant statutory provisions to support their well-being and development.
