The management style during the creation of the iPod was based on a consultative and or the consensus-building approach (Papachroni et al., 2016). The iPod creation did create a whole different perspective for the development of a better leadership towards the challenge of technical teamwork”. As a leader, he played the role of the high maintenance co-worker rather than just a top management leadership role. This inspired the entire technical team towards improving the quality of their engineering within the apple. Inc. As a leader in the management of technological innovations, Jobs inspired the element of technological innovation. Jobs did direct the component of the technological innovation in the company through the development of a key measure and new ideas that would promote more relativity.

Also, as a leader, he did inspire the innovating engineering on the “challenge of technical teamwork” through the creation of a better environment which was uniting to promote professional teamwork. His leadership in the management and innovation focused on the production of the challenge aimed at improving the best element of technical cooperation within the apple. Very often in his administration, he used the strategy of challenging the professional team considered with the development of the iPod to ensure that they did enhance their work and produced a better and a tiny iPod.  He used his leadership skill to challenge the team concerned with the development of the more unified team during the creation of the iPod.

As step jobs, the key steps which I would have taken in leading the technical team along with managing R ε D and the innovation at the IPod development first would include consulting with them in creating a better understanding of the customer’s demands of the IPod this would be very important in ensuring the most excellent level of innovation id developed. I would have use consultative eparch of leadership, and the examination of the IPod prototype then use the suggestion that the technical innovation team has on the product. This would help me in the development of a better prototype for the iPod. I would also lead through active participation on the key operational procedures. The engineer would lead the whole innovation team and report the process of IPod development to me (Casimir et al., 2016).

The other step of leadership would be selecting leaders who will act on my behalf in initiating the innovation during the development of the iPod. The leaders would be vital in overseeing and directing the other employees within the organization and ensure that the process of the iPod is done in the most innovative ways and one which would even stimulate further innovation.  This leadership method would go a long way in ensuring that the change is at its best while at the same time enhancing the company’s teamwork. Lastly, I would improve a more open approach where each member of the innovation team is concerned with IPod development.
