Introduction
This report is designed with a subsystem that comprises the stakeholders and their duties, use cases and its descriptions, case diagrams, class diagrams as well as Domain model class diagram. I am hired as a system analyst to document the operational needed of Australia post, an online retail system using Unified modeling language (UML). We have three members in one group, three subsystems, and every member in a group will deliberate in the different subsystem then finally there will be one Domain model class diagram that is designed by merging of the techniques and ideas of all the three members of the three subsystems.
The following topics will be discussed:
- Mail, parcel lockers and Post Office in Australia post
- Recruitment and graduate program
- Document services and digital identification
1.0 Mail, parcel lockers and Post Office Box services
The Australia Post offers post office boxes services. A customer applies for a post office box and then pays for the yearly fees. Customers use the Post Office boxes for receiving both letters, and parcels Size limit will apply on the parcel. Immediately a person submits the application form, Australia post will have to assign a Post Office Box no. And provide instructions on the way customers will access your Post Office Box. All customers who sign up for a Post Office Box may register to receive a notification text or email indicating that an email has been received on their box. A Post Office box may be attached to a phone number or a single email. The head of an office for Australia post is situated in Bourke Street-Melbourne, which functions as the post office. The stakeholders comprise of:
- Employee (Internal): These are warehouse individuals after they receive letters or parcels from customers; their work is to print the labels, load bulk mails, and parcels. The person in the warehouse is supposed to plan to pick up the item from the distributor.
- Delivery person (Internal): After making labels, an individual who is supposed to ship has to prepared shippers and ship the items to the customers.
- Distributors (Internal): Distributors are those who are signed with Australia post to transport letters and parcels from one office to another. After the successful admission with Australia post, they send their commodities to Australia post warehouse. They then wait to be delivered to the customers or picked by customers depending on the earlier agreement.
- Customers (External): Customers are the people who send or receive letters and parcel via Australia post and gives feedback concerning the services. The sender is required to provide a full description to Australia Post concerning the product like quality, brand, and the location to pick up.

Various goods are supposed to be placed inside polybag, and letters are placed in envelopes, others are shrink-wrapped, and bubble wrapped. The delivery person is required to use an appropriate way for shipping based on the nature of the product. |
