1. Technological innovations in the past few decades have significantly changed various aspects of our society. From personal lives to industrial production processes, every one of them involves technology in some form or the other. In industries, technological inventions have sped up the production processes, enabling the company to acquire more profits by taking bulk orders. However, technological inventions have their own set of problems. Using computerized systems too much can end up jeopardizing our data stored in them, as external attackers might try to steal them using malware attacks.

Also, automated machines in factories require the need of skilled professionals to work on them, which means existing staffs need to be trained adequately from time to time, as the existing technology might get old with time and become obsolete. These incur a high cost from the company, and also requires sufficient human resources.  This can be solved by regulating the use of technology. People using computers to save their data should limit the data stored in computer systems and should have a backup ready in case the data is misplaced or stolen. Furthermore, appropriate malware must be installed and enabled by computer users so that their data stored in computers are safe from external attacks.

2. Technology around us is advancing at a rapid pace and is mainly backed by the increase in the use of computer systems. Since the development of computers, individuals and organizations have been using them to store and process data. With the advancement of cloud technology, the physical data stored in the computer drives can be saved to cloud servers as well, in which the data will be stored and can be accessed through multiple computer systems at the same time.

While the computer systems have made our life easy and increased the working speed of organizations, it does have some drawbacks. Excessive use of technology makes us dependent on them and reduces our analytical skills. Also, storing too much information on the computer (or on the cloud) may cause the data to be lost or compromised through outside malware attacks. In organizations, storing data on cloud may give multiple users access to the same file, who may alter or modify it as per their choice. This can be changed by limiting the data we choose to be saved on computers. Companies need to have proper authorization procedures before accessing data on the computers, so that only authorized personnel might use or view the data.

3. Technology is advancing at a rapid pace around us. For the past few decades, with the invention of the computer and internet, people and organizations all around the globe have been using these systems for ease of their work. However, the rapid growth of technology has some disadvantages too. With the increased usage of the internet, networks have jammed up, resulting in the absence of internet services during crucial times. Also, the widespread usage of computer systems has made people dependable on them, resulting in a decline in analytical skills and abilities. In companies, the use of automated machines requires specialized personnel, which means they have to hire new staff and train their old ones, which would incur a substantial cost on their behalf.

Machines installed would require servicing by professionals from time to time, which would mean that the company would have to spend a significant amount of money on them. Technology impacts our private lives as well, by enabling people to become addicted to smartphones. This results in a shift of social life, where people become reluctant to people as their social skills becomes reduced. This can be overcome by limiting the use of smartphones or computers, and by monitoring the time spent on each one of them.

4. Technology is advancing at a rapid rate in our modern world. Almost every individual uses technology in some form or the other. The computer-based systems back the majority of the technological inventions. In organizations, the automated production processes enabled by computers has increased the production processes. They can carry out a bulk of work in little time, and mare usually more efficient. However, the rapid increase in technology has resulted in many problems. The widespread use of computers and the internet has given rise to several crimes associated with them, which are usually carried out by a third party external user. These crimes might result in the loss of essential data of an individual or a company. This may also put them in a compromising position.

There can be multiple types of cybercrimes. Some of them include malware attacks, denial of service attacks, bloatware attacks, phishing attempts, and others. Some cybercrimes may not be related to computers at all, but rather focused on gaining information through friendly attempts. This can be prevented by adopting appropriate malware on the computer and by limiting the data which is stored on the computers. Also, computer netwo0rks should be secured by using firewalls for the security of transactions.
