THE   AMERICAN  EXCEPTIONALISM

American exceptionalism is a state whereby American is seen to be unique from other countries in terms of the political system, and the way of life differs in comparison with other countries. Exceptionalism is viewed as having a different background in almost all fields of life. America exceptionalism has been a debate for a long time if its either a concept or a myth and many opinions are brought on board. America has been presumed to be more fancy and to have a relatively different lifestyles from other countries.

Apparently America exceptionalism is a myth. What is believed to be true is not really so. Many assumptions have been made in the judgement of whether it’s a concept or a myth. The values and the systems of governance are seen to be quite different. To some extent America is seen to have a predestined position in the world. A position that is personified to her though that’s not a fact. Out of the powerful historical background ,America is seen to possess  a lot of success in it endevours . Most of the American leaders having great impact to the world and the decisions made by them taken with a lot of concern. Being a super power some laws are presumed to have been ignored and not taken with a lot of concern though in the reality part of her laws are no exception from other countries (Sailes,2017). What happens in other countries becomes an obligation to be followed by the minority.

Ancient leaders of America brought a significant change to the world. Martin Luther King did all the best to make sure the blacks were recognized. A significant mark is evident today since the blacks are recognized as citizens in America. All other countries globally had leaders whose impact was apparently almost the same as Martin Luther King. Some countries embraced communalism as part of their countries leadership. It is all about the responsibility that is given to the leaders. America’s leadership scheme had nothing unusual that could qualify exceptionalism.

Statements of American exceptionalism is based on religiousity and the virtous character in her.The spirit of patriotism,love and peace being coherent in the country (Rodriguez, 2017) .Not forgetting the diligence to the rule of law.These are some other factors that society perceives to improve on the facts that it is exceptional. Patriotism being a key factor in this since love for once country unfolds vitrues such as unity to the citizens. Strategic plans are the key factors to the enhancement of the people unity and co-existence (Saunders, 2015). Therefore, the religiousity of a nation may not necessary impact the exceptionalism factor of a nation.

Each country has responsibilities to its citizens .Success in wars that America won is due to their intellect is mythical. America participated in the world war 2 and still in line perhaps to participate in world war 3. The strategic plans that America has have been seen as an positive impact and a fallacy of progress. Each country has a responsibility of her citizens and their security cannot be ignored. The success of America is wholly dependent on themselves and the ability to better themselves is crucial (White, 2014). Therefore it is evident that the success America and the perception of exceptionalism is a myth. Hence the leadership and the spirit of nationalism are among what causes success in a nation.
