The Madison Golf Club
Madison Golf Club is a private golf club found in La Quinta, California. It is one of the most talked-about private golf clubs globally.
The reason I selected Madison Club is that I have been hearing the fame of the club from both the golfers’ lovers and also the club dominate social media as it is referred to as the club that offers the most exceptional golf facilities in the world of golf. Due to this popularity of this club, I would be interested in visiting the club and experiencing the comfort in the club as every person who ever visited the club never stops cherishing the place.
Some of the things that attracted me to Madison Club are; one the fact that the club offers the best place for one to be with the family. As a person who likes traveling with my family, I was attracted to this club since it accommodates even people with their families. Another thing that attracted me to this club is that it has the best golf instructors that could ever be, and I needed excellent instructors to help me improve my skills for the time I would be staying in the club.
If I become a member of the Madison Golf Club, I would expect to receive the best training ever from highly qualified instructors. I would also expect to get modern fitness equipment to enable me to be physically fit for the game. Since Madison is one of the clubs that has produced world best golfers globally, I would expect to become one of the best golfers in the world and win a lot of trophies, both personal and for the club too. Another thing I would expect is to build a good relationship with my colleagues and be ready to help each other to achieve or goals.
The club offers numerous and some of the most luxurious amenities one can always wish to have. The amenities provided by the club include a well-equipped fitness center with the most modern cardiovascular and strength training equipment. The fitness center also has highly trained instructors ever. The Club also has classic indoor pool and whirlpool; the club offers free Wi-Fi, guest room, dining room, men and women locker rooms, game room, retail shop where one can shop for whatever he or she forgot to pack for example swimming suit, movies theatre and a kids club that provides supervised fun for the kids.
One of the challenges Madison Golf Club may be facing is financial challenges. The club has many employees, and some are paid high salaries as the club hires the best. If the club doesn’t collect high revenue, they may be straining to pay their employees, which may even lead the club to incur losses. Other challenges the club may be facing are competition challenges. There are many golf clubs in California like Pebble Beach that are a threat to the Madison club in terms of competition. Hence the club should ensure it offers the best services to out-smart its competitors even if it means to overspend to get quality services.
If I were the general manager of the club, I would expand the number of guest rooms from the previous 373 to at least 500 guest rooms. This will ensure that the Club can be able to accommodate more members. 373 guest room is not enough for a club like Madison with that high popularity. Many members would like to join the club, but they can’t find rooms to stay as it rarely gets an unoccupied room at Madison Club. Hence by increasing the number of guest rooms, more members will join the club as residing rooms will be available.
