With such situations, employees tend to suffer in a wide range regardless of their categories and social groups. Sheridan (2018) also asserts that the issue will take more time to amend unless people and especially scholars change their notions concerning gender equality issues in the work environment. Graves, Meng, and Tarafdar (2018) also believe that the scholars would extend their research by evaluating the plight of both men and women, whether it is on leadership, office settings, or sexuality, if at all they would like to win against the gender inequality issues. In as much as most scholars research on issues facing female leadership, they should also try to bring a topic that is uniquely connected to women if at all they want their perceptions to be viewed differently from gender inequality (Graves, Meng & Tarafdar, 2018).

The major limitation of the study includes the sample size of the participant, which is too small. That means that the data acquired will be limited since the study requires a large sample size for effective population distribution, especially on matters concerning women representatives of gender discrimination.
The other limitation is that the issue at hand is susceptible to both the Casino industries and the employees. Therefore, the respondents might face difficulties in opening up, which may lead the research in concluding using incorrect information.
There are few studies concerning the Casino industry, which makes it a bit hard to engage various perspectives on the survey depending on the scholars. Therefore, our research will primarily rely on a basic literature review, though if there could be more studies, then it would have helped in making a concrete conclusion. Also, when a study involves a wide range of literature reviews, there is a strong foundation that arises from the research producing the researchers possess adequate knowledge that helps them to do a thorough investigation.
