Among the many individual characteristics that my character possesses are 1) honesty- which helps the leader to make a good relationship with the peers by having trust and reliability, 2) ability to delegate- the leader supports every peer’s strengths and weaknesses by listening to all with fairness and come with different opinions, 3) ability to communicate- the leader should be able to speak out his ideas to his peers, direct the peers towards a common goal, 4) Confidence- the leader should make judgments and decisions with Confidence and face challenges with Confidence to overcome the problems, creativity is necessary for leaders to think beyond the box and determination to get the job done before deadlines.
The leader has to set some routine methodologies to practice the following managerial traits. My leader developed the management traits by practicing discipline, assuming more responsibility, being ready to learn, empowering his peers, motivating others, and possess the skill to solve conflicts. Peers will always consider the behavior practiced by their seniors. Leaders need to ensure they display the acceptable discipline in all their activities, such as meeting deadlines, showing equality, keeping promises, and being time-sensitive. Leaders should be responsible for all that they can accomplish in a given period. Taking an extra mile of responsibility than the expected of everyone can distinguish a leader from a peer. A decent leader will be willing to be under control of a person on matters that he/she cannot deliver. This indicates a willingness to learn more from others. A good leader should be able to delegate duties to his peers as he has Confidence in their abilities. The leader should motivate his peers by recognizing their efforts and achievements without discrimination. The leader also should be in a position to solve any arising difference between peers, management, and peers and any general problem in the workplace. My fictional character has various managerial traits. The character possesses excellent communication skills, long-term goal-oriented person, and tenacity. A leader needs to be a person with excellent skills in communication, as it helps the leader in various ways. The vision of a leader needs to be communicated to his peers to gain full support. A leader who cannot express his ideas to his peers will not be able to unite the team towards a set common goal. Making all people understand your vision as a leader makes it easy for you to receive support new strategies that aid the management in attaining their planned goals within the specified time. A leader needs to be tenacity to enable them to accept all the available challenges in the workplace. Leaders must set strategies to solve any problem that may affect their set long-term goals of the company and communicate them to their peers for greater understanding and acceptance in daily activities.
Measures that my leader uses to generate the managerial traits are ethical and acceptable by all his peers and clients. Training and practice, education, and experience are the possible strategies that the leader adopts to maximize his managerial traits. Training helps the manager to have higher communication skills that keep the peers focused on a common goal. Education makes the leader goal-oriented and a person of word. The leader will not think beyond the box if he cannot translate the current situations into beneficial strategies. This can only be possible if the learn possesses adequate knowledge in the field of practice through education. Experience in a given area will enable the leader to make wise decisions without mistakes. Leaders will not have Confidence in making long-term goals if he does not have experience in a given field. Tenacity will likewise need expertise in the leadership position as some problems can only be solved by reference to a case settled in a given office.
Challenges in possessing these traits are likewise available. Excellent communication skills face the challenge of non-acceptance from some peers. When peers are not supportive of a given idea, the manager receives a difficult time in making them understand the need for such strategies in the business. In my real-life experiences, I have seen successful leaders utilizing the communication skill to unite and motivate peers. This is by publicly recognizing the efforts of peers in general meetings and other social events. I have likewise seen leaders who set annual goals at the beginning of the year to act as the guide for daily and monthly routines. This makes it valid to attain long-term goals and make peers focused on the future rather than everyday activities. I have observed leaders who have Tenacity skills to solve general problems by creating a dispute solving office as problems are joint in different departments in the workplace.
For leaders to market the managerial skills possessed, they need to set specific measures to follow.
To market communication skills leaders should:

My relationship with the fictional character is ethical and supportive. The character treats me equally, like any other staff, and works in great efforts to support my strengths and weaknesses.
