We appreciate your efforts research, opinions and ideas that you contributed during this project lifecycle, we are happy that we can see the fruits of your efforts as our project is in the last phase. You are therefore given a 10-day notice to confirm the project closure. This will prepare you to disband to your non-project-related positions. Report
Through the project lifespan, I was able to show the effectiveness of my HR management activities. To start with, I was able to unite the team members to work around a common goal and generating higher productivity. This ensured that every team member remains within the project scope and contributes towards the success of the project
I could also see that I was able to build it into my companies objective sine I guided all team members towards meeting the objectives of the project. It could also see the effectiveness of Engaged workforce and interacting with all team members towards the success of the project mastered how to remove conflicts in the project as this could make the team members work effectively together.
Enhanced effective communication towards achieving our project goals this brought sensitivity to each team member to understand their role and how to play it effectively during the project lifespan. I would also recommend for further improvements in the following areas coming up with more problem-solving skills. There is a need for increased trust among the members. Moreover, The human resource management skills should teach on building responsibility towards improved results .the social resource management skills also need to reinforce the culture of the company towards achieving the project mission
