The reaction on human rights by China’s government

The reaction on human rights by China’s government poses a massive threat to the fundamental rights and freedom of the people residing within the country. China’s government, led by the Chinese Communist Party, holds it that allowing existential freedom would limit their power. As a result, they have tirelessly sought to develop Orwellian high-tech surveillance where they can ensure a sophisticated internet censorship system to control and suppress the people. China uses its economic growth to silence the common critiques for the violation of human rights, which they have been engaging since the 20th century.

There is no other government that has got involved in detaining millions of ethics minorities under forced indoctrinations. The worst thing is that those who dare to challenge the repression face the wrath of the government. Due to such, the government has effectively managed to violate human rights with much vigor and political determination seriously.  Since the actions have not been challenged and do not seem to get enough criticism, there is a great possibility that China will continue to portray a dystopian future hidden behind technological censors.  Safe to say, the Chinese government and Communist Party blatantly disrespected the provisions laid out by the international rules on human rights. Numerous human rights have got jeopardized, including mishandling, capital punishments, and limitation of political and legal status for the ethnic minorities.

Several governments have tried to defend human rights in China by establishing foreign policies to rule the largely abandoned state of affairs in China. Even yet, China has not shown any signs of a backdrop as they still exert endless efforts to influence anti-rights actions. As a result, they have always tried to develop a perfection norm disappoints democracies and strangles human rights and freedoms. The primary drive on the attack on human rights stems from the fragility by the public to challenge the consent of repression. Such is because the majority of the people have benefited from the rapid economic growth and lifted themselves from poverty. As such, they don’t get scared by how the Chinese Communist Party runs a repressive economy.

Over the past decade, Chinese ethnic minorities have experienced the most repressive regime. Such is because they get subjected to a modest leadership that limits their ability to make the matters a public concern. The minorities have been limited to the absolute ground as they have got limited from independent journalism where they can conduct conversations on how to curtail the leadership. Ethnic and religious people who try to raise public concerns get severely persecuted. Since the shameless leadership of the renowned Mao Zedong, China has not prioritized human rights and freedoms.  The leaders have focused on ensuring that they retain their powers by detaining the political freedom of the people.

Much of the repressive actions have been made possible by their technological advancements. They have developed a nightmarish system for some 13 million Muslims. The system is the most intrusive monitoring technology that limits the privacy of the people. As such, they can monitor every activity of the people for any sign of dissent, which is then followed by persecution of the people seen to get wayward. The mass surveillance has become the historic as there is no other country got a similar technical capacity. The digital show is an in-person surveillance that recognizes the privacy of the individuals and deploys it to the public. The big data analysis of the area leaves the ethnic minorities with no right to privacy.

The data collected is used in conducting the ‘re-education” policy, where over 1 million Muslims have fallen victim. In the policy, the Muslims get the most extensive arbitrary detention where they get subjected to force indoctrination and deprived of freedom. The detention has left many families in endless hurdles. When parents get held in detention, the children become orphans where they get held in state-run orphanages with dire indoctrination. It is an ideological perception that has gained ground in the region, and people are well aware that they can find themselves in custody in no time. The apparent aim is to make the Muslims abandon their faith and incorporate Chinese ethnicity and political views. Once detained, the individuals have to prove them to the government that has left their Islamic religion and converted to a Mandarin-speaking person. As such, they can recapture their freedom from the totalitarian supremacy that has brazen the country.

The other concern about human rights violations in China is the “One child policy.” It is a controversial policy that has led to many cases of abortions and female infanticides. It has developed as a patriarchal social norm that has sex-selectively crippled the rights of a particular gender. As such, Chinese society experiences gender bias and an imbalanced sex-ratio problem resulting in many cases of slavery. In the workforce, women get internally ramified from the societal norms. They are not entitled to the right to work just like men, which demonstrates an unevenness, which leads to a complicated living. Moreover, women and children have been forced into marriages, trafficking, and sex slavery, both internally and in the bordering regions. It has limited their right to life as most of the endeavors result in deaths or severe stigmatization of those involved in the somewhat tarnished practices.

The failure to realize the businesses that violate human rights reflects on the state of China’s political and legal system. They have not formulated an internal codification to ensure the rights are correspondingly attributed and protected. There has been an inherent lack of transparency that has led to both psychiatric and physical torture of the people. There have been many cases of notorious human harvesting, slavery, forced labor, and cruelty that has not gone unidentified by the global dissidents. In cases that have got adequately presented before the judicial system, they get coupled by enticements of profit-making and an unfair legal system. As such, the justification of social justice has got curbed to create tension on the freedom of speech, among other human entitlements.

Conclusion.

The global intention to uncover human violations in China should get upheld. China has always hidden its political repression motives behind its dramatic economic growth. Thus, it has not been easy for global human initiatives to conduct scrutiny on their repressive regimes. So far, the Chinese economy fuels global economic achievement, which might have withheld the exemplification of their engagements in abusive policies. Although the situation of human rights and freedom in China has got depicted with integrity, it is clear that the ethnic minorities are living in an unparalleled tension to the extent that the status and visibility of some of their rights and freedoms have got grounded at their expense.
