The Remedi and Wellness Spa policy
The Remedi and Wellness Spa policy has been that patients arrive 15 minutes earlier before the appointment time to give room for a proper information review and a complete check-in procedure. In light of the COVID-19 social distancing directive, clients are requested to report even earlier due to the protocols put in place to ensure the patients’ health and safety is a priority.
Clients using the underground (The Dawson) and street parking like at the wholefoods have been asked to ensure that they leave a single parking space between them and the next vehicle to ensure they keep the recommended distance. The clients are also advised to use the hand sanitization projects that have been set up to ensure they keep themselves safe.
Deposits and payments for treatment are strictly cashless, and the clients will be facilitated with online payment options at the check-in station. The center policy for late appointment arrival has been the wellness center has a right to reschedule patients who arrive 15 minutes late for the appointment. However, with the current pandemic, the Remedi Wellness Center and Spa can only serve half of its clients. Thus the clients are advised that the reschedule time might be longer than the stipulated 15 minutes.
