The rising technology
Things are taking a different turn as technology is on the rise. One of the critical things to consider in this era is that the introduction of artificial intelligence is slowly locking many opportunities for the people. For instance, through artificial intelligence, they can come up with robots that will carry out most of the work. They will be programmed in the manner that they will take commands and finish some things on time (Townsend, DeMarie & Hendrickson, 1998). The humans on the other will lose most of their works as the machines will take over. It is, therefore, something that needs to be looked with much consideration. On the part of ideologies among workers, it is an exciting topic which explains how ideologies guide organizations. For instance, we can note from the fact that through ideologues, the organization can get better and skilled workers who will work to benefit the organization. The critical thing for this is the fact that an organization needs to have skilled employees with a positive. It is high time that organization come up with workers who are updated with the currents events. Some of these workers have trained better and have a master’s degree. It is believed that the latest organization need quick thinkers who can act quickly. For anyone that is not delivering for the organization that life may become difficult for them. The organization will have to bring in new workers who will work on the contract term.
Ideologies, in this case, helps bring in new ideas for the organization. The critical thing with ideologies is that it helps give direction to the organization. According to the reading, it is evident that no organization wants workers who are not productive. A better organization requires employees who are productive and who can deliver to the organization. Another thing is that ideology allows the organization to focus on how they can compete globally. Most organizations are striving to compete globally, and in this case, they need workers that perform. The workers that are underperforming in the organization will be sacked, and now skilled workers will be hired (Colbert, Yee & George, 2016).
Another ideology, according to the fourth industrial revolution, is that the employees need to innovate and have the required knowledge. The critical thing with the organization is that for employees that are not performing, then it is difficult for the organization to keep up with them. It is here we see the introduction of the robots which will have new commands. The robots will take over everything in the organization. They will only require new commands each time to execute their commands. Another key thing with this robot is the fact that they need less maintenance fee you like getting to train the workers. The organization will, therefore, prefer something less costly but adding an advantage to the organization. In this case, the organization focuses on other aspects such as the knowledge posed by the workers if they are complaining of less pay. The organization is likely to come up with an alternative solution which is more effective than depending on the employees (Johannessen, 2018). Ideologies will also help retain the best employees in the organization. They will be promoted in this case as well as given new responsibilities.
