            Hate Crime is a criminal offense that may be fabricated or accurately reported by the security personnel o the victim. In the year 2019, a victim of hate crime was explained by Ehrlich (2018). An Asia who was attacked for her was being transgender during sitting down for a particular interview in Miami. Additionally, a transgender woman was shot in South Dade as another burned down in the Clewiston, and a third transgender person was non-conforming beaten in the streets of Jacksonville before the hates dragged her naked out of the car.

According to criminal justice, all these hate crimes include violence that took place a few months ago in Florida, and none of the victims has been identified by law enforcement as affected by hate crime. Despite the many facing the appeals in different courts, still, the problem of the victims face negligence as terms of the law are low to handle the factors facing the criminals. Last, in the street of Jacksonville, the transgender women massacre was leading the nation, and other attackers were also experienced. One of the killings was reported against the LGBTQ community as hate crimes (Ehrlich, 2018). These aspects have led to the trans-woman of Jacksonville and the director of the transgender awareness project to safeguard the ongoing carnage.  Therefore, these serial attacks and violence of hate crimes are making women feel unsafe because the matter may victimize even innocent people.

Negligence or ignorance of the transgender against hate crime has been insensitive in terms of the caring of the victims.

Another transgender issue occurred to Stacey Buchanan, 32 years old had three incidents of protecting herself using a gun. On the southern beach in Florida, she had an event while she was walking with her friend of transgender hate crime. A violent man was starting hitting her, and publically another man told him that they were men, not ladies. The men had planned to slaughter Buchanan because she was transgender. She was victimized at Florida at her state, and the case was not seriously handled by the responsible law enforcement bodies. Thoughts of the victims towards the attackers were that she had no solution for that (Maltz  & Targonski, 2002). She never told the police because from the agency’s culture; she did not trust that can help her. Therefore, society has lost stands with the agencies on assisting them in achieving justice as victims.

Widespread Under-Reporting

            Broward reported none of the hate crimes in 2017, but in 2018, three racial hate crimes were reported. On the other hand, the Miami state evaluated and finds 2017-2017 reported no hate crime. Most of the investigation in Miami shows that most of the transgender reports motivate the police, and there is an unlikely hood to fail to help you. The departments of the reporting the problems should improve the system to the community are working well, and all transgender issues are under policing and well partnered. Law enforcement practitioners rely on official sensitivity training on how to engage the victims of transgender hate crime. They should encourage the victim instead of getting the motivation to the crime (Gerstenfeld, 2017). Different Departments have different attitudes of handling the hate crime, will all the crimes the same treatment, and the police departments will help crime context and eliminate the hate approach of the crime. The departments of the specific crime should set standards of gathering evidence and trigger the person’s victimization and handle the case appropriately. Therefore, the hate crime is a criminal offense that cannot be controlled body the justice organs alone but also requires the departments and the crucial organs to involve police investigation training.
