My subjects are Latino/Hispanic population living in the East Los Angeles, Boyle Heights and Lincoln Heights area. Age of participants 20-70 years of age on oral glycemic medications no insulin. I am incorporating the Health Belief Model and how it fits into implementing this project and how it benefits the participants. I can use any graphs that will be helpful.
