Activities that are done before service delivery, during the delivery of service, and after service contributes to the way people perceive the company. Having people follow up on patients and reminding them of appointments is an added advantage that will improve service delivery. However, the company has to give its clients a chance to express themselves and tell them what works for them. Providing a platform to engage them will be an added advantage to service delivery.

The organization’s support activities also impact the organization’s image in the public eye. Making sure that the employees delivering services are fully aware of the company’s goal and work towards achieving them is the key to guarantee that a customer will come back. Because knowing the reason why and for what purposes a company is operating is the primary motivation for employees. They are a summary of what is expected of them by society.

Nicole’s idea of using the patient as a marketing strategy (by providing excellent services and hoping they will tell others about it) is the right approach but not efficient to guarantee more customers will get to know about the company. In addition to this, they should be keener when it comes to delivering services because this is where most clients focus on.

Ensuring the healthcare departments work in harmony with each other as well as ensuring the staff is competent in its work will promote effective delivery of support activity. This will allow a free flow of information and ensure that every department is working accordingly. However, they need to make sure that they recruit well-educated employees who can work with integrity.
