Weight loss management is a problem for most obese persons. Historically, the treatment of obesity is developed from the belief that it results from maladaptive eating as well as habits of exercise. This can be rectified through applying learning principles. Nowadays, researchers have realized that body weights have an impact of factors apart from the behaviors. Week one

Week 2

Continue to do those exercise, and get adequate rest, start to reduce your calorie intake and water.

 

Week 3

Increase the amount of time you exercise and continue to reduce your calories.

 

Week 4

Keep using week-one work-out equipment, and now add an exercise ball, and ride a bike (or stationary bike).

Implement and evaluate the plan

  2. 2nd week increase five more minutes a day
  • 3rd-week increase to 25 minutes a day
