Hema, our inSpur guide, is a passionate and vibrant change catalyst who has extensive experience navigating the complexities of the Australian job market. Having already worked across three continents Hema was keen to transfer her diverse skill set into the progressive market of Australia when she first arrived here in 2011. However, she was surprised to learn that her experiences from a top-tier investment banking firm in London were not recognized in the same capacity.

Experiencing this culture shock firsthand has inspired Hema to assist other Skilled Migrants to unlock the potential of the Australian market.
