On the other hand, different theories, such as behavioral theories, management theories, relationship theories, and complexity leadership theories, may be relevant for successful organizational management.

Several leadership values are essential for managers in working towards organizational success. One of the crucial benefits that a CEO should possess is respect. The CEO should be respectful; to all individuals u the organization. By so doing, the CEO will be able to earn respect too from his employees and other CEOs from other corporations. Connection builds a good relationship within and outside the organization. Secondly, the CEO should be wise while managing an organization. Wisdom will be significant in cases where there is leadership ambivalence. The CEO will be able to make smart decisions whenever there are dilemmas between two or more different choices. For instance, when company profits decline as a result of the presence of incompetent employees in the company, the company management may be left with two choices, to fire the employees, or offer training services to them instead. Integrity is the third value that is important for a CEO. A chief executive officer with this value is able to do his tasks honestly. More so, he will be able to run the organization without compromising the adherence of the set ethical values in the organization. Other values include authenticity, humility, and courage. The above core values of leadership values are essential because they help in decision making, reduce organizational stress, help the CEO to manage corporate actions, and help in clarification of issues when necessary in an organization.

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos is one of the leaders who embrace the use of core leadership values in managing the organization. Respect, wisdom, integrity, humility, authenticity, and courage are all in the custody of Jeff Bezos. Because of these values, Amazon has remained one of the largest retail companies in the world. With his respect, Bezos was able to build an excellent rapport with his employees all over the world. This value boosted togetherness in the organization since both Bezos and his employees could share duties in the organization. The fact that Jeff Bezos is wise means that he was able to make relevant and straight forward decisions pertaining to the firm. For instance, he was focused on making decisions to adapt to advancing technology by employing a software engineer. This employment was aimed at making several innovations in the company. Such innovations help Amazon to be more productive despite the competition that existed in the market. Integrity in relation to Jeff Bezos was a productive leadership value also in Amazon. For instance, Bezos could not tolerate an employee who acted against the ethical values of the company. This assisted in making all the employees resp[onsible. Therefore, Jeff Bezos was and is still an effective Ceo for AMAZOn. Consequently, In the long run, Amazon was able to stand a chance of becoming one of the best retail companies in the world.

Three theories seem relevant to me as a company manager. They include behavioral theory, relationship theory, as well as the management theory. Behavioral theory is imp[ortant since I need to improve my observation and learning skills while managing the organization. Moreso, the theory will help in improving my way of thinking towards different issues in the organization. In terms of the relationship theory, the theory is helpful in building an employer-employee relationship. Un my organization, I have a bad record in the fact that I hae a poor relationship with my employees. I, therefore, need to employ this theory and build a good em[ployee relationship. An organization with a good employee-employer relationship often gets successful in the end. For example, when there is a good employee-employer relationship, tasks are distributed across different departments on a fair basis. This will help in ensuring that all the desired duties are done according to the organizational calendar.

Lastly, management there is also relevant to my professional context. This theory will boost mu management skills as a manager. Lastly, I find the complexity theory of leadership as another relevant theory in my profession. Since my company is a manufacturing company, it faces a lot of competition from other companies, producing related products. Therefore, innovation remains the key weapon to fight against competitors. Therefore, according to the theory, I am focused on improving organizational learning and technological improvements. Competent employees remain a priority. For instance, I may need to computerize production in my company to produce massive quantities within a short time. This will be a competitive advantage since I may be able to outdo my competitors in the production market as well as in the market. Therefore, these theories are relevant because they often help me efficiently run my organization.
