why Christian life give people empowerment no matter what they are subjected to

Empowerment refers to authority or power given to a person to do something. It ensures an increase of self-determination in people and communities to enable them to represent their interests in a responsible and self-determined way, and act on their own authority. Christian life always gives people that ability for people to act on their own power regardless of what they are subjected to do. Christianity is not a set of rules and regulations but a life-giving relationship between God and his people. Therefore, it’s not about telling us what to do but rather a matter of the Creator empowering us to be the people we were meant to be. We can never be the people we were created to be without the empowering touch of God’s Holy Spirit in our lives. This is a general view on why Christian life give people empowerment no matter what they are subjected to.

Christian life promises people power which is the only resource for us to succeed in whatever task we are doing. This is one of reasons why the Christian life empowers the people in their daily life. Unlike normal leaders who can not confer power upon others, God does empower his people because He believes that’s all we need to succeed.

Christian life keeps on empowering the people no matter what they are subjected to because it is believed that we shall repent and continue to walk in the Christian way of life. Repentance is the act of turning to God in sincere regret and asking for your faith shall be saved. With this in mind, the church always assures and empowers Christians that even with they are subjected to if they turn back to God they shall be forgiven.

The Church always empower its Christians to live in the way of Christ because of prophesied judgement. For example, in the book of Jeremiah; God called upon him to do his roles as a King in a Godly and righteous way. This direction shows there was high level of injustices and corruption of the throne. The Church assure the Christians if they don’t live in the way

they are supposed to live they shall be punished when judgement comes. God also emphasized that He would not fight for them but against them.

The holy spirit from God always empowers the Church leaders. Through this empowerment, they can be able to lead the church according to the ways of the God as expected. God is all knowing and his shared wisdom is empowerment. God is the distinctive factor in empowerment. Therefore, Gods calls us to action in empowerment. Christians and leaders should note that divine empowerment is very important in terms of leadership and even Christian life. Divine empowerment prepared great kings such as David and Solomon.

Injustice refers to lack of fairness i.e a quality relating to unfairness or undeserved outcomes. At times Christian life is regarded to give people injustice no matter what they are subjected to. The book of Jeremiah speaks about the coming exile of Coniah even though he was the son of Jehoiakim King of Judah who was chosen by God. This shows injustice in the Christian life. Even though God valued and referred Jehoiakim and the people as the signet of the Gods right hand still judgement would come. The book of Jeremiah also speaks of the curse on the line of Coniah. This clearly shows the injustices by the Christian life. All these injustices were caused by deviating from the ways of the Lord. Ways such as worshipping idols, greediness, selfishness can lead to punishment from God.

Kings and leaders are usually chosen by God to lead nations, churches, institutions and the world at large. The same leaders which in our Christian way of living we believe that they were chosen to lead us you shall find that they practice a lot of injustices than expected. Such injustices may be grabbing of land by leaders, misappropriation of public funds etc. For example, in the book of Jeremiah it speaks of how the Kings mistreated and leaded in an ungodly way and yet they were chosen by God. In that way Christian life is regarded to give people injustices no matter what they are subjected to.

Christians at most times care a lot on all suffering, especially eternal suffering. They believe if they give themselves to caring for all suffering, they shall surely diminish concern of Christianity which is caring for eternal suffering. Such sufferings maybe; calamities, diseases, mental illness abuse, assault rejection etc. which shows clearly that there is somehow the Christian life is giving people injustices

There are different ways in the world that human beings have found to treat one another worse than they deserve. Christians sit back and ignore advocating for rights and justice for fellow individuals. Individuals in Christian life are expected to engage speak or act against any injustices practiced in their daily lives.
