I will argue both for and against special learners being taught in separate classrooms. Using the resources, I will back up my claims. My target audience are mainly teachers and parents. By using rhetorical appeals, I will be able to change their perception of special children. The topic of whether special needs children should be taught in normal classroom is debatable and therefore regardless of my claims, some people are likely to disagree but am hoping that I will be able to convince them. Most parents with special children have a challenge accepting that their children need special attention and therefore want them to be in the same class with normal children. These parents are likely to disagree with me because I believe that special children need special attention, and therefore, they should be taught in separate classrooms. Most teachers who teach in normal classrooms are mainly trained to handle normal children, and therefore they may have a hard time handling special kids. Parents with special children should know that their children are likely to be attacked or discriminated in the regular educational setting.

Conclusion

I will restate the thesis and point out reasons why I think special children should be taught separately.
