In the year 1935, there was a need for the government of the United States of America to create a body which was to give relief for the artist with different talents to help in improving their abilities. Due to the need and the goodwill from the government federal art project was created. The national Art Project was to provide the necessary work relief for the artists like the painters, sculptors, muralists and graphic artists. The federal was to support the artist with different levels of experiences. The government of the united state-supported these projects to show their motive and commitment to helping the art within the community and nature different talents amongst the artists.

In my opinion, I firmly believe that the government was making a good investment because the federal art projects created job opportunities too many youths under different fields and within different levels. And with colossal creation of a job, I believe that the project was fantastic, as it also improves talents and skills amongst the youth within the community. The points of job creation and building of talents and abilities can actively support the reasons to why, in my opinion, it was proper investment of the government sides. The United States government is currently supporting the arts by giving funds and donation to help in building and improving the techniques within the United States. Now, most of the art institutions function as a city department which is funded by the municipal budgets and different states of arts agencies within the government.

There are also more abundant local arts which are supported by the government, and it’s done through a dedicated revenue stream.

Regionalization and geographical location have contributed to the existence in the disparity of how some people can easily access the pediatric services and others may not. These barriers may exist where people living in rural areas cannot access medical services quickly. The provision of telehealth in more convenient settings areas like in the local offices and community health hospitals, most patients within the rural areas are likely to access the medical services. The availability of the pediatric services within the community hospitals will improve the health equity amongst the citizens.

The telehealth has improved the accessibility of the medical services because it allows for the employment of the culturally and linguistically competent service providers. Such qualified health providers will help to reach patients who care local and can only communicate through the local language. A good example is where the telehealth has identified a means and way of administering mental health services to deaf patients without difficulties. The external link service has contributed to the provision of the health services, and that is a contribution of telehealth. The telehealth also has a more robust team-based care who has participated in the provision of the health services.

The use of telecommunications technology and other electronic data by the telehealth has improved the clinical services within the remote areas as the communication will also be made easy, and the patient’s information can easily be accessed.
