Zen desk Inc. is a software and customer care company that is situated in San Francisco, California, USA.  It has many offices located in the United States, United Kingdom, Denmark, and Australia. The Organization is blessed enough to assist the community in volunteering in the city as a means of giving back to society. It is a big organization with rapid, stable growth of over 1000 employees. It hires different people with different capabilities since it’s not a bias organization. It is made up of an Engineering team, Information Technology Team, Marketing Team, Creative Team, Sales Team, Human Resource Team, and an Executive Team. The Organization is a collection of users, both agents, and end-users. Zen Desk also upgrades and makes software cool for the consumption of its users. Zen Desk has a beautiful working environment, favorable for its employees to brainstorm and interact for the bettering and growth of both the individual and the Organization.

Organizational structure is a systematic way leader, employees, and workgroups interact and behave with each other. A business or company culture is collectively composed of beliefs, norms, values, language habits, and symbols. There are seven dimensions of organizational culture. They include; consideration to detail, aggressiveness stability, a people orientation, team orientation, attention to detail, and outcome orientation.

  • Stability: This refers to the degree to wish business activities underscore in upholding the status quo in disparity to change or growth. Zen Desk has a strong managerial team that achieves a strong leadership and planning of the Organization.

This has led to the Zen desk having more customers globally and can quickly get services that they need. The second factor is improving customer satisfaction; Zen desk does this by having professionals who are specialized in different departments. For instance, they have the engineers, the IT team, the creative department, the sales department, and the HR department. With every department having individuals who are specialized in what they do, this brings quality production. This leads to customer satisfaction, creating trust between the company and the customers.

The third factor that can do your business to have a competitive advantage is the setup speed in which a project or a product can be launched. This can be achieved by creating the right working environment for the company staff. Zen desk makes a better experience for admins, agents, and customers. As employees, we encourage each worker to innovate and grow. As a company, it focuses on rolling up its sleeves to plant roots in the society it calls home. Zen Desk has over 30 employees being led by a Co-founder and CEO known as Mikkel Svane. Under him, there is Alexander Aghassipour, who is also the Co-founder and CPO. Jeff Titterton, Tom Keiser, and Elena Gomez are the SVP marketing, COO, and CFO, respectively, for the Organization. Toke Nygaard, Adrian McDermott, John Geschke, and Norman Gennaro are the Chief Creative Officers, President of Products, Chief legal officer, and president of sales for Zed Desk organization. Colleen Berube, Elizabeth Zornes, Inamarie Johnson, and Kristen Durhem are the Chief information officer, chief customer officer, chief of people, and Director of the office of Zed Desk organization. It also has a board of advisors such as Carl Bass, Hilarie Koplow-McAdams, Michael Curtis, Michael Frandsen, Michelle Wilson, Morten Primdahl, and Thomas Szkutak.
