Wolverine, therefore, needs to reinforce its educational program.  The most affected group of employees is the old employees.  To tackle this problem, there is a need to come up with a daily after-work training session.  To fix this session into the program, HR should reduce the working hour by an hour. This extra hour created will be channelled to the training of the older employees who have a problem in the use of the new programs introduced to the company.  At times reducing the working hours might be a deterrent to the company and thus a difficult step to take. The HR might, therefore, create an extra hour by rescheduling the arrival time by an hour or organizing for hour training after work. This will improve the efficiency of the employees and thus improve their productivity.

Changes in programs used in a company may be more often. Consistent changes will intern mean that there is a need for regular training which may be quite expensive. To avoid this cost, Wolverine should ensure that the developers of the program come up with a tutorial or a manual for the program. This will help the employees understand how to go along with the program. The older employees will be able to read and go through all the instructive manuals and tutorials. This will ease the burden of training and the time spent during the training session. The tutorials and programs should be well detailed and easy to understand. They should also have a smooth procedure off how to work on the software.

The education department of wolverine also needs to improve on its working. This improvement can be made through a cover-up strategy. This strategy will enable it to train nearly all the employees without affecting the work time or the productivity of the company. This program can be done in such a way that employees are divided into groups. These groups will compose of a few individuals from different departments. The groups will then be trained in turns. Whenever there is a group being trained, the other employees will be able to cover up for their colleague in their department who is undergoing training. For reduced confusion among the employees and ensuring that the work is still progressing well, there is a need for the company to make the changes in software and programs consistent and not making drastic changes. A change in the program of the company or the software is a good idea, but it should be done slowly. Instead of changing the whole software at once or changing the entire program, Wolverine should make small changes. The company will, therefore, be making one change at a time. Whenever the employees’ have fully adapted with the initial program, they then can introduce another program.
