The theme of the party is the talent show dinner party. It is the talent show party because many will different sides of the country will be invited to share their talent. I will invite VIP guests, guests, students, people with different abilities, and my friends from different parts of the country. I will ask 50 people at my dinner party. The guest list will write in the paper according to the respective talents that they would perform. They would dress, respectively, depending on the type of talent they come to play. The dressing code should be at least beautiful to the attentive audience. These would invite them to be well-identified at the dinner party.
The event will take place at my home compound. I chose the site because of the quiet location, free from distractors, and secure. The Guest will drink wine and soft drinks, and they will eat the great stew together with the fresh salad. The guests should not carry anything, décor will be like Urban modern or Bohemia. I will invite my guests by using invitational cards. The events will start with the word of prayer from one of the guests. In Japan, I would like to invite the Guest to a dinner party. These are some of the international elements that I would follow to serve the visitors who get invited ultimately. These elements would enable visitors to enjoy the fun of having a party. Also, through a dinner party, people would come together, discussing concrete ideas. However, some people are not always willing to attend those dinners. These are some of the elements of Japanese dinner.
Firstly, chemistry is one of the elements; it illustrates that I may have many friends. The Fantasy dinner party will bring many people together, resulting in the fun night. The act of bringing people together will enable us to set up goals and to work to achieve the objectives. I would also think of the way to bring friends with a collective personality or common interest. I would also ensure that the party is celebrated in a tight space to allow my Guest to mingle. The above would happen, especially to people who don’t know the others. I would also lower the air conditioner to keep the temperature favorable (Poruschi, 2017).
Secondly, Seating is an element that illustrates; if I have friends who are always quiet, it is essential to make them sit next to one of my talkative guests. This is the method that will make them talk at the party. I would also ensure that couples do not sit together. Through this method, it will enable Guest to interact with new people during the party. However, it is not easy to break up the couple because it will create suspicion between the married (Ferris,2017).
Thirdly, Alcohol is also another element at a dinner party. It is very much essential when I start giving the drinks in the evening. These drinks would make them active in the party. If the bottles are not there, then people would not enjoy the party. I should have enough wine in the table, which will encourage people to fill their glasses (Ferris,2017).
Fourthly, food is an essential element of the dinner party. I would ensure that proper nourishment gets cooked on time. Timely, prepared food will allow me to be part of the party. It is not good to spend time in the kitchen when you have a guest. Special diets will ultimately make the dinner successful.
Fifthly, music is also an essential element of the dinner party. Silence makes dinner parties dull. Music is a vital way of filling quietness gaps. I would play music as more guests arrive and also before the conversation. Playing music will set the moods of the party (Ferris, 2017).
