In the wake of a busy life, most people and organization do want someone to help them with the delivery of various good and services to different locations. As such, the need for a Courier service both for individuals and business has gone up tremendously. My business idea is to develop a Courier service company which will be concerned with the provision of transportation and delivery of the various products from one location to the others. Vans Courier service will be contacted by other companies and individual to transport the goods and in other cases, an expatriate from one place to the other (Pike et al., 2015). The business which will be located in New York City will, however, operate in the various location within the USA. However, the company will have several office sin the different place within the country. The business will also have experts on Courier services who will help in guiding both the company and other business which operates or intent to operate similar or related services. The company intend to have a total of 100 employees’ at the start of the business.  This number is likely to grow depending on the demand of our customers and that of the business. Our business entity will be a limited liability company LLC (Whincop et al., 2017).

Our services

Vans Courier Service Company will be a transporter of the various goods and services both by road, air and water. We will operate in the specific location at the start of the business, which includes, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Philadelphia and sand Diego. However, after 12 months of operation, the business will expand its operation to other major cities in the country with a bid to expand the element of its activities. The company will transport both commercial and domestic properties and services. Vans Courier will partner with major companies in the country and operate by transporting their services to various destination across different cities. Besides, the company will also carry household properties for individuals in the same locations.  Our principal business will be transportation.

Our customers

Our customers will be both individuals and other companies. We will transport or offer Courier services to both individual house suitable, educational and other needs besides the company will major on the provision of Courier services to other companies which are located in the various places across the world. We do targets no specific groups of the individual but everyone at larger. Besides, we do not target particular groups of company’s or type of company. Our operation will target company which do need transportation or ay element of our services. In future, the business is planning to operate beyond the boundaries of the US working in the various parts of the world such as Asia and Europe providing the same services diligently (Whincop et al., 2017).

1. Business registration and license

Before incorporation, it is vital that the business has to acquire the necessary certification for the legal authorities to make the business operation legal and in line with the law. The market will have to follow the set registration procedures to ensure that its process is in line with the legal process stipulated for any courier business in the USA. It requires that all the steps be diligently followed through the provision of the legal documents and information concerning the business operation. Our company will do all this before its services. Also, in the name choice, the company will ensure that it does not have to be the same as the name already registered under any other company (Pike et al., 2015).

2. Relationship with other business

The other legal issue that the company will focus on is its relationship with the other companies .it is vital for Van Courier services to regulate the kind of relationship between other companies and us. Under this, the company’s will have the right to sue another entity which uses its rights. This will also ensure that its operation does belong fully to it (Pike et al., 2015).
