The necessary components which should be included in the project quality management are as follows:
- Analysis of project plan: Project plan must be analyzed appropriately to maintain the quality of the project. It addresses all the essential requirements which are necessary for a project management plan.
- Project cost plan: the cost of the project should be fixed previously to understand the financial allotment for each sector of the project. It helps to find out whether the project is financially sufficient or not.
- Project monitoring: Monitoring the project quality is always beneficial to address the quality of a project. It authenticates the performance of a project and analyzes that performance standard of all the project equipment.
- Stakeholder management with proper communication: Stakeholder management is an integral part of project quality management. It requires precise coordination and communication among project members, along with an understanding of project requirements.
I faced a coordination challenge and cost challenges in my previous workplace while conducting a project quality management plan. Lack of coordination and understanding among project stakeholders was the prime reason for it.
Elements which could have used from the plan to support the project quality are project cost plan and project stakeholders management. Informing project leaders about the project cost and implementing various coordination and communication techniques to handle stakeholders can be beneficial could be beneficial in that case.
