Leading a team is one of the most vital things today. Here you will be answerable incase of anything in that team. A leader is not born but called. It is quite hard to lead a team of people most probably ho come from different cultures.  Leadership can be defined as a sweat delusion. So easily sabotaged and so fragile. Leading others can quickly become difficult or dangerous in all aspects of guiding. One needs to initiate a change in an organization so severely that it will bring a positive difference in the same organization. You fully accept the title of leadership and plan on the way you will propel the organization into greater height. Then you are a true leader leading a great company into great attitudes.  Above all, leaders experience a lot of challenges on their journey to leading the crowed which are, lack of accountability, overcoming adversity, resistance to change lac of clear vision, bias point of view (Norman, Avey, Larson, & Hughes, (2019).

As a leader, you may experience accountability most probably when recor. This will affect the cash flow of the business thus leading to lack of accuracy. Also as a leader you  may lead a team that is not ready to change. This can happen due to the culture of the organization or the rules that govern the organization. Bias point is another problem that hijack most of the leaders. Mostly when making a decision, a leader may expect the employee or the staff to come wit positive point or opinion. But instead they come up with ideas which are not beneficial to the organization. It is rhe upon the leader to look for an alternative of initiating a decision that will affect not in the organization.

Another common problem with the leader is lack of clear vision. With lack of clear vision the company is working towards nothing. Lack goals and objectives the company definitely is on it way to fail. To maintain the organization success individuals have to maintain leading and changing for the better if they are to remain healthy.

As lerner, I learnt that leadership is a title that requires skilled person to handle the arising matter. Also I learnt that the business requires set goals that one will work to achieve. Leadership is not only a title but a position that will require a lot of sacrifice to enhance prosperity. I learnt that being a leader accountability is important in the business. It is good to have a clear accounts that shows the continuation of the business. Still I learnt that being a leader you need to come up with solution to handle a rebellion team. A team that is not ready for a change. As a result it is upon the leader to convince the team on the importance of the new change implemented in the organization.
