Introduction

The environmental sector is one most crucial segments of society. With the climate change being one of the most controversial global issues.  The use of energy-efficient fuels and models in the community is one most important tools towards achieving one of the most sustainable environmental sustainability and reducing the impacts of climate change. Most governments have developed specific methods that involve the integration of modern technology through the use of ICT in managing their local environment (Subha, & Usha, 2013). This has contributed significantly to the advancement and growth of environmental management.
