Apple Company ranks as one of the big four technology companies found in California America. It was formed by Steve Jobs in 1976, and it deals with electronic products such as Apple computers, phones and iPods, Apple TVs, and iPad tablets. It also offers online services and computer software. A recent report shows that the company consists of approximately 123,000 employees, and the number of retailers as per this year is 504.the company is also known to be multinational as it operates in around 24 countries.

Apple Company has incorporated several cultural diversity strategies that have led to an increase in creativity and innovation. This is because when great minds come to work together, they are able to solve more complex problems as every human being is able to bring in their ideas and their way of solving problems. Diversity at the Apple organization has also enhanced decision making because every individual is given a chance to give their own opinion. An evaluation of all possible solutions is made hence better decision making at last.

The feedback mechanism should be developed in such a way that it is open and respectful of the communication channels in the organization. The HR manager must regularly enquire for feedback from the employees and also develop diversity policies for recruitment and training. This will facilitate not only transparency but also a sense of ownership and autonomy from the team members. These taskforces can also play a significant role in establishing and promoting workplace culture and worker engagement.

Due to impact globalization, workplace diversity is an inevitable aspect of most organizations in the United States. If not well utilized, workplace diversity can have adverse implications on the operations of the organization since it is difficult for people to relate to people from a different culture and effectively coordinate for them.
