Personality is the psychological nature of any human being that distinguishes between different people. There are two main types of personality type i.e., the introverts and the extroverts. The personality of any individual determines the kind of job and opportunities a person can comfortably handle. Some personalities are very favorable for certain responsibilities than other personalities. Personally I believe I have the personality of being a very good supervisor due to the way I associate or relate with the people around me.
My personality is being a supervisor. I am a very social person and good at making choices. I believe I can be able to manipulate my team and make them believe in whatever in I am doing, and I have so much trust in myself. I am also a self driven person who is very eloquent with outstanding charismatic characters. I am also strategic in whatever I do, which means that I can tell the perfect time to make the best decision that can benefit the whole group in general. Besides, I am also perfect at handing a situation, which therefore means that I can solve any arising issues within my team.
I also have my weakness,firstly I am a very judgmental person. Although it is a good quality for any given supervisor,sometimes I overdo it hence making some of the people around me very uncomfortable.It makes tye m loss trust in me. I am not in a position to always make the perfect choices and judgments.
In my relationship,I am always handling everything maturely. It, therefore, mens that I, most of the time, come up with solutions and suggestions.My pattern, although usually complains since at times they typically have a feeling of not being acknowledged or be heard in the relationship.Under communication, my supervision personality has enabled me to learn daily on how I can perfect they way I talk to people. I am a very open and straightforward person since I believe that knowing the truth would enable is the first step towards any progress.
I believe I can be the best manager in any field. My supervision personality can enable me to command enough respect from my team and workers too. I can also be in a position to know how to handle any organizations requirements correctly. My decision making over the past has proven to be very useful not only to me alone but also t the whole team I usually am around. My friends always look up to me when they need any form of advice and help on matters regarding their day to day activities.hence it is very important for the society to acknowledge
Under the personality theory tripartite theory, which talks about the ego, id, and the superego.The supervision personality controlled by both the ego and the superego.These two characters are very essential in making sure that the supervisors have the best qualities. For instance, the ego makes supervisors be able to act and solve things more maturely. It helps them command respect and obedience from the team tey manages. The superego makes the supervisors have the parental nature of caring about the team.
In summary, studying the personalities of different people in society helps us in knowing how to treat them. It also gives us a clear view of which responsibilities we can give them depending on their personality too.Having an explicit knowledge about the personality trait makes the society accept each other mistakes and weakness.
