Single or Married
Based on my perception, I should stay single because it is encompassed with a share of freedom of choice. In that, I can do anything I want and talk to anyone at my convenient time. Also, I peacefully organize myself in terms of what to wear and the places to visit. Being single makes me spend less money and have time to do more productive activities centered on my life progress and realization of dreams.
I could describe my experience in dating as worse. Having dated for almost one year, I have been much offended. My partner always pretended on lifestyle before I came to realize. I used to spend a lot of my time video calling. Mostly, I was emotionally and mentally disturbed when my calls were not picked. However, the argument was bad moods and commitment, which I thought was a kind of lying to me. Additionally, I changed my Facebook status from single to dating from which I have never received friend requests from the opposite gender, ruining my social life.
From the video, I did not get anything that would make me decide to marry. The video has mostly emphasized on the reasons that could have made me attain the view of being single. To bridge the emotional and social needs, I have strong ties with my siblings and parents. Getting involved in a marriage will not make me happy since I will be centered on helping one person. I need to be pleased by assisting many people and sharing with them, especially the aged. For my personal growth and development and enhancing self-determination, I opt to stay single.
