In this case, a health practitioner charged with the management of a hospital requires traits such as communication, a source of motivation to the nurses, as well as an individual who is hands-on and inspires employees to better themselves. Overall, the presence of an associate hospital administrator who understands the system not only encourages others to push and attain services that favor patients. The strategic planning of a hospital administration requires a collaborative effort to achieve reforms that are set by a facility to improve efficiency.
