This issue has helped the Blacks to continue taking positions that they did not have previously.

However, competition in positions means they have to build ways to increase their numbers. There are few Latino directors as compared to Blacks. In reducing the issue of racism in Hollywood, the industry should start hiring directors from minority races. Employing directors will help in improving the quality of diversity in the institution. Their directors should represent minority groups. Taking the Black directors into studio executive offices while help them understand their needs. Black directors can easily employ actors with a variety of racial backgrounds, including white, black, Latinos, and Asians.
