I have always been distracted with hunger and craving for tea whenever I am studying, teaching, doing assignments, and any other important work.

I planned to complete the two blogs of Project work in 1 hour time and set the alarm off after 15 minutes to check if I get distracted or no, and I got entirely distracted by the alarm ring that I took a ten-minute break I which I brought something to eat. I started again, and after 15 minutes, I switched the alarm off and continue working the same way. Suddenly had a severe headache, and I got disturbed so that I made tea and kept myself going for the best time to complete the blogs.

I didn’t find it challenging to apply the Pomodoro technique as it was normal for me to get distracted first and then coming back to the point. But It helped me keep my focus on that specific thing while making tea and when I was bringing something to eat.

It can minimize the distractions while you are trying to get things done., as you remember the time you have fixed and you take the breaks for relaxing also. I am going to use this technique again as it maintains the focus

Having some smaller intervals during the assignment gives you enough time to calm down your nerves to tackle the issue with new energy after every break. I cannot even imagine completing the entire course in one sitting without any interruption. Before implementing the Pomodoro technique, I used to take breaks but always ended up with hour-long breaks. Now, I noticed that things are more productive, and the stress is comparatively less.
