In this course, I have learned so many things that I had not known before. I have learned many things about myself and the human body. One of the things I learned in this course is the urine production and the path it follows through the kidney nephrons. This concept has always troubled me until I attended this class. Another important thing I learned in this course is that it naturally involves a lot of memorization, such as memorizing the names of bones, names of muscles, the names of specific features of particular bones, among other things. Besides, I learned that this course requires a lot of dedication and self-discipline. It does not require procrastination.
The information acquired in this course would be very useful to me in becoming a better leader in health care. First, knowing about myself and the human body, in general, will help me to understand other people and empathize more effectively with those who have body defects. Besides, good leadership requires a lot of dedication, like the one needed in this course. Information about commitment will be useful in guiding me to be a dedicated health care leader who is passionate about serving the needs of the customer. My dedication will help me provide unique solutions to a hospital’s competitive challenges through service improvement. Like in this course, good leadership does not entertain procrastination. Self-discipline will help me manage my time correctly and get things done without delay. It will also make me an independent thinker who is diversified and ready for change. For those future students who would want to take this course, my advice is that as long as you are interested in the human body, nothing should scare you. All you need is to plan accordingly for the course and lessons and avoid procrastination. Start studying early and allow enough time for significant tests, at least a week. Self-motivation is also an important key in this course. With resources in hand and little assistance from the tutor, one can excel exemplary as long as you have intrinsic motivation. Finally, students should not be afraid to be dirty. You should interact with the cadavers of mice and house cats without fear, and it all becomes fun.
