The early 19th century marked the greatest revolution in the American history that gave rise to new America in the face of the world. The revolution came in a dynamic manner from radical territory transformations to demographic, political and economic changes. This created an optimistic and a vision enlightened nation in a self-governance state in every aspect including religion. It is also worth noting that this is the period through which the afro Americans underwent torture and brutality of slavery in the hands of the white man in the American land. The black oppression, the differences in the political ideologies and policies provoked the intense conquest and the quest for a better America. With the great enlightment among the Americans from the 18th century led to the push for the reforms at the highest level. Slavery still remained the greatest mystery in the push for these reforms. The conflict arose in regard to the federal government’s policies on slavery. Religion and its reform in Americas freedom

Religious revivals enlightened the spirits of the protestants who had taken a revolution paths to freedom in America. Many worshippers from these evangelical missions with conviction that human society needed change in reforms to eradicate social ill doing and to instill vices that are morally acceptable. Slavery and women inequality were the main points in their rejuvenation spiritually in reshaping the morality of the social system. In the struggle for order restoration, the evangelical missions captured the spirits of American revolutionists in advocating for democracy. The revivals success in their missions spread adversely throughout the entire united states covering a very large population in the inspirations regarding the social reforms. In the pursue for liberty, black activists developed a trans-nationally aimed connections in projecting the voice in the antislavery missions. The empire benevolence includes middle class women that advocated for a solid women’s right movement formation. This means the perception of women as inferior in the society was changed by the reforms, creating more educated and socially enlightened women throughout the entire period. The philosophy of the equal creation of all men steered the spirits of the revolutionists in the freedom seeking conquest. The revolution marked the early rise of the sectional crisis. This was by splintering the Atlantic regions to zones that were free ant those that were not free. In return the ideologies helped shatter the assumption that have been existing all along that the black enslaved worker could not be rulers in the American land. The era was marked aby a huge break in the history of slavery. Thousands of enslaved individuals were released by the military services on behalf of the American and English army leading to an emergence of a free black communities. The agitation of the blacks remained constant to both the free and enslaved individuals keeping the revolution alive and in progress. Another important aspect in the slavery issue came when there was a rise in debate over slavery in the west of America. This led in the amendment of the constitution though not to a great extent in trying to solve these questions that came up. The amendments led to slavery ban in the west and north of Ohio valley. Another law proposal by a New York congressman that imposed an outrageous response was the proposed law on slave abolition to make it a free state. The creation of this state of controversy in the issue of slavery and the fugitive slave laws was the cornerstone for a proper revolution creation. This was also enhanced by the influence of escaped and former slaves who became great activists in advocating for slavery abolition. The activists worked tirelessly no just in speech deliveries to but also a venture in attacking the fugitive slave laws helping several enslaved individuals to escape. The result was the increase in vocality and power in the voices of the antislavery revolutionists. In the process the push for freedom from the antislavery activists led to the rise of the crisis from sectional to national. This was the platform on which the fight for freedom intensified in redeeming the enslaved blacks.

The 1860 election reforms and the ultimate freedom and democracy in America

The slavery issue had already taken a national platform and the democrat, the oldest party in the American nation had split in opinion differences on slavery policies. This created a chaotic situation that in the election process The secession was already tearing the country apart and the windfall came when the republicans nominated Abraham Lincoln as their favorite candidate for the general election. With the republican set platforms in prohibition of slave expansion to the west Abraham Lincoln election as the new president of the united states brought a perception of threat to the issue of slavery. Abraham Lincoln termed secession as null and completely void. On the other hand, Alexander Stephen, the vice president at the time of Lincolns election, tried to create a state of confederacy in which nationalism was based on countless ideals slavery being amongst them. This was based on the philosophy that the black man was not equal to the white man. The confederacy fledges therefore rested on the existence of slavery. Formation of unions that incorporated soldiers to fight and defeat the confederacy emerged. Meaning a rebellion fighting for the union of the united states was launched leading to president Lincoln calling for seventy-five thousand individuals to volunteer in suppressing the rebellion. The assault led to the black Americans raising the issue of slavery as the primary component in the debate when Lincoln organized to suppress the rebellion. The issue could not be avoided with the ballooning number of the refugees. Later on in 1864 war erupted leading to the death of thousands of soldiers in the battlefield. The republicans decided to make an amendment that permanently eradicated slavery in the united states creating an entirely free and united nation. The secession question had therefore been answered and the black rights fully implemented in the American constitution.

The fight for freedom and democracy which led to the American civil war resulted in various constitutional amendments. This is in relation to the oppression of the black community and the brutal slavery that ended in a triumph after a successful revolution to a free and peaceful America up to date
