Abstract.

In modern society, work has overshadowed person, and the family gets together. Families are torn apart by the experience which is brought about by changing lifestyles. It is reported that in the  United States, people manage up to three jobs. Many people are torn between managing their families and managing pressure that is brought about by job demands. Furthermore, other guardians are found in a position that is not able to create time for their children and family. Psychologists say that family bonding is fundamental for heavy children and family as well. (Kuendig, Herves and Emmanuel, 2006). It is, therefore, vital for a family to create time and visit a place where they are away from the day to day life. However, choosing a location for vacation is not everyone’s favourite dish. A well-planned vacation can be spoiled by a sudden change in the Climate of the area. It is, therefore, essential that a family carry out extensive research about the region that they intend to visit. Mr and Mrs Robinson, together with their two children, deserve a better place that will facilitate the success of their vocation. In this light, therefore, they are advised to visit a third world country, This is because third countries have authentic scenery that has not been damaged by industrialization, This memo will create a sample procedure for the family of Robinson to have an idea of the Country of their visit.

Currency Exchange.

According to  Rey and Helena (2001), it is statted that countries have distinct differences. When moving from one country tom another, there is a difference in language. As a tourist, language hindrance is minimal, and this is because of professional translators who are readily found. However, they come at a fee. Furthermore, there is a difference in climatic conditions. Tourists from countries experiencing diverse climatic conditions find it harsh to stay in equatorial regions. In recent years, states have decided to pull their resources in promoting international trade. This has made it easy for countries sharing a border to have a beneficial interaction. Also, currency exchange is an essential factor that tourists must consider when moving to a foreign land. In finances, it is reported that the Dollar controls them, market. This is reliable since most currencies are converted from the united states dollar.  In the process of currency exchange, however, the Dollar might weaken. This is because some countries, due to the lower, gross domestic product, have a weaker currency. Mr and Mrs Robinson have the option of choosing to visit Africa, Kenya, and Egypt or Mexico. In both countries, there is political stability, and hence the citizenry enjoys peace and tranquillity. In Egypt, the currency is stronger than the Dollar-1 Eqyptian pound=0.062 USD.

Furthermore, the Country has rich traditions and monuments. The pyramid and valleys of the king are great attraction sites. Also, the countries hot climatic condition makes it favourable for tourists. Kenya is the mother of nature. It has vast savanna grassland which hosts a diverse range of wild game.

Furthermore, the population of 45 tribes ensures that the Country has a rich culture. The state uses Shilling as its currency, 100ksh=1 USD. Lastly, Mexico has excellent hotels and rich in culture, and tradition makes it fascinating to foreigners.

In summary, therefore, international trade such as tourism depends entirely on the Dollar. Also, government policy regulated the movement of tourists. Basing on government regulation, the family is advised to visit Kenya. The graphical representations of the currency are bellowed.

Relationship between the U.S. Dollar and the Country of destination.

United States n  dollar is the base currency when converting currencies (Helleiner, Eric and Kirshner,2012). While converting,1 $=100 ksh

While 1Eqyptian pound=0.062 $

The graph displays the relationship between Kenyan currencies against the Dollar .according to Maana, Kamau and  Kisinguh,( 2015).

Besides, the graph between Dollar and Eqypt is derived as given below. As so0urced form

(Egroudy, Shafig and Mokhtar,2015)

From the graph, it is evident that the U.S. dollar is stringer that the Ksh.  Therefore, Mr and Mrs Robinson will have to spend fewer Dollars while purchasing a large number of Kenyan products. Furthermore, the couple will access a wide range of services at an affordable price when compared to the Dollar. To add on that, a dollar weakens each time it is converted to another currency. However, currency conversion is one of the requirements in the ministry of tourism and state standing laws. The expense of the couple will work within their expectation when they visit Kenya in comparison to when they visit Egypt, and this is because the Eqyptian currency s stronger than the Dollar. In summary, The drafted memo is a reflection of the actual prices .the couple should expect a warmer welcome since tourist in itself is an economic activity, the locals, as well as the government, make every means possible to appreciate the tourist’s visit.

Interview Questions.

Having drafted the plan for the couple, a questionnaire is prepared . and an individual who has been travelling for some time, the questions and their respective responses are given below.

Therefore great care should be taken while in a foreign land. To add on that, tourists re being encouraged to carry insurance cover before leaving their motherland.

Did the Climate harm you.?

Most countries in the African continent are warm.thin is because of the equator. Tourist is always advised to carry a medical kit. In some states, however, All the visitor are immunized against malaria and other tropical diseases. The government has a particular unit which attends top the needs of tourist in the case they arrive.

Did currency conversion affect your budget?

Currency conversion does not affect the budget.  However, overspending does. upon entry in the country, the government has devised a system where the Dollar is converted in the local currency in most states, and the Dollar has a higher value than there currency which is a merit

Summary
