According to how you have structured your opinion on how to minimize union formation in the organization, I think you have a point. Even though your remedy to this problem and the reasons supporting it is very shallow. There are numerous remedies for the formation of a union in an organization, and to mention one, the employees should know the harmful effects of the union formation.
On the other hand, your argument based on Employee Participation Program, I do not concur with it. Because I think it is only through EPP that an organization can utilize the intelligence of its all employees as they are all included in the decision making. It will also make them feel that they are essential in the organization. When it comes to the Advantages of EPP, you have just provided one which is correct. To add to it, the implementation of EPP is cheaper in terms of time and money during this process faith (Buhl, Blazejewski, & Dittmer, 2016).

I have just gone through your post, and I would confidently tell you that you did not digest what the first question required you to do. The instructions are crystal clear that the organization is union-free, and the managers need to ensure that it remains that state. How then do you say that you question them on their opinion if they need a union or not? The remedies for the organization to avoid union formation are correct. Still, your discussion on compliance with the union by ensuring that state laws protect the employees is out of topic since this was not required. You ought to have just outlined the remedies to union formation, and the reasons supporting your solutions.
I do not understand your take on the use of EPP. Do you want to say that you recommend it a point, and at some point, you are against it? You ought to have talked of whether you are supporting it or against it. You cannot speak of both its recommendation and opposition at the same time. For instance, you could have said it EPP helps in the maintenance of best talents and therefore boosting employee morale (Buhl, Blazejewski, & Dittmer, 2016). On the part of the advantages, and disadvantages I fully agree with you because you have illustrated them as required.
