This organization was formed to monitor by the Asahi Broadcasting Group, which its mandate was to overseas the operations of the front-line services. It gives the many different businesses related overseas that utilize the use of group perfect content assets and its ability of production that includes the programs of Asahi Broadcasting Television. The activities of the organizations are selling the plans, editing, and doing formatting of the programs to overseas markets; it also collaborates with other stations overseas in the production of the programs. The organization is independent regardless of its been associated with the Asahi Broadcasting Television, which has gained more achievements abroad; this is the strength of the organization. The ABC International organization is expanding its horizons overseas to reach many people and develop (Kwak 2018).
Objectives with Corporate Social Responsibility Integrating Goals and
The goal of the organization has been attached to the corporate social responsibility that helps in the management of our organization process to come up with a positive effect on society. The objective of the corporate is to understand the nature and way of corporate responsibility. The organization has a goal of increasing its corporate responsibility to overseas the operations of many companies in the future in the United States is attributed to an increased focus on sustainability issues among business in the US. The use of a Balanced Scorecard is the method used by the Organization to integrate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). This method enables the organization to come up with a strategy that is to integrate long-term social aspects in the organization’s business strategies, environmental and economical, and, at the same time, maintain the world reputation of the brand and global competition. The other goal of the organization is to reward the best human resources for benefiting the programs to maintain employee satisfaction and ensure there are stable workforce capabilities within the organization (Klappert et al. 2015). The organization faces with some leadership issues such as,
According to McDougall, (2019), failure to come up with main behaviors and competencies, the ABC international encounter the leadership crisis as there are no clear directions on how to give guidance on how the organization can overcome the competition with other organizations that are overseeing the development of other communication companies. There is some leadership weakness that many leaders have and have failed to provide directions on which the organization can grow and overseas the Asahi Broadcasting Television. Lack of progressive improvements ABC international capabilities can have severely limited improvements in the organization. The other leadership issue of the organization is poor feedback and communication in the organization. The top leaders do not give perfect communication to employees. They do not provide positives views on the issues of the employees, and this is affecting the operation of the ABC organization. There is a lack of awareness in the Organization; the leaders are busy focusing on their management opportunities, and they take their eye of the teamwork. This has led to communication in the organization, which is useful; therefore, it has led to failure in organizing people to build ream work and reviewing processing in the organization, which is limiting the growth of the organization.
The Balanced Scorecard
According to Awadallah and Allam (2015), the Balanced Scorecard is very important in an organization like ANC International which includes,
- Improved reporting in performance: an organization that uses Balanced Scorecard tends to report progress in production and communicate on performance more efficiently. This Scorecard helps organizations identify on what to say and do strategy map templates is a more effective and powerful way of determining and focusing on performance, mostly when the objectives and goals are communicated in management dashboards that have colored coded and traffic-light formats. The Scorecard provides transparency of the organization by creating management’s report that is meaningful to express the external and internal performance of the organization.
- The Balanced Scorecard provides proper strategic planning; it gives a powerful and meaningful framework for developing and communicating strategy. It enables the organization to plan on future outcomes by developing a powerful planning strategy. It allows the creation of a map that gives a strategy map that ensures consensus is achieved on the established objectives.
- Better and proper management of information: the use of Scorecard enables companies and organizations such as ABC to form and design important indicators for many strategic goals. It ensures the organizations only measures only those objectives that matter. This enables organizations to increase benefits by using this way to guide the operations for strategic decision-making.
- Enhances strategy communication: the balanced scorecard enables organizations to communicate quickly on strategy externally and internal objectives. This helps in engaging employees and other stakeholders and leads to an understanding of the plan in the review and delivery of the policy.
