Hello Margret!

It’s been long time since I left New York to take my husband for treatment in Colorado, and I wish to inform you that at Colorado everything has been okay in regard to his treatment. First of all, I am really sorry for wasting your time the whole of yesterday waiting for me at the railway station in vain. As I had informed you the day before yesterday evening, we were supposed to leave Colorado the following morning, and truly we did. However, an unexpected happened on our way before we could arrive.

As I had explained to you through the letter I had send that evening, my husband had been discharged before he could fully recover. His condition became worse on our way and unfortunately he passed away on the way. When the train porter realized of the incidence, he forced me out of the train with his body despite of having pleaded with him to allow me reach New York railway station. Right now I am stranded at Hope Funeral Home in Texas where I was taken by a Good Samaritan with his vehicle because the attendants are demanding for nursing fee before I can leave the corpse. I kindly request for any assistance if possible so that I can come out and return home for burial preparations.

I expect a response from you soon so that I can leave this place and embark on preparing for his burial.

Sincerely
