The objectives of these companies need to be measurable, specific, and achievable. Organizations face many challenges as they try to adapt. All the organizations are concerned about their tomorrow on how they will thrive and succeed. Besides, many organizations are not adequately structured to achieve that. If the majority of the organizations are unable to adapt to these challenges, they will then not focus on their future (Stone et al. 142). All managers should implement proper means of dealing with future problems in organizations.
