I think it is an excellent time to make management a profession. A true profession has a code of conduct, sense, and consequences from standard systems. I believe that business leaders should be held at some higher standards. Executive oath will help in promoting a highly respected leadership expert. The pledge will help leaders to blend to personal humility and professional focus needed to achieve the corporate vision. Additionally, they will help business leaders to uphold ethical standards.

In this case, labor organizations are not happy with the success of the company. The organization is part of the competitors who are not satisfied with the kind of support the company receives from the community and the government. The only way to destroy the corporate image of the company is to look for weaknesses. For instance, the organizations are claiming the company is using local members for cheap labor. At the same time, the company is using the profits and revenues to help the local community. The action of the company to use cheap labor is unethical. On the other hand, the action by the company is ethical because it makes corporate donations to the community and helps the needy children in the society.
